Facilities Manager – HOME MCR

HOME are recruiting a Facilities Manager – who will be responsible for ensuring HOME’s building and all its spaces are clean, safe and welcoming for every visitor. The role focuses on managing both hard and soft services across the venue, overseeing planned preventative maintenance (PPM), inspections and reactive repairs, and supporting the delivery of HOME’s full programme by ensuring all facilities are fit for purpose.

The role includes line managing the Cleaning Team, managing cleaning provision and waste services, and liaising with external contractors and service providers. The Facilities Manager will also work closely with the Customer Service team and the wider Operations Team to maintain high standards of building presentation, safety and compliance, and to support smooth day-to-day venue operations.
