Boomkat is looking for an experienced multidisciplinary designer and photographer to join their small team in Manchester.
This is not a graduate or entry-level position. They are looking for someone with substantial professional experience who can work confidently and independently across photography, moving image and graphic design, combining strong technical ability with excellent visual judgement, accuracy and an understanding of the demands of commercial work.
The Building Technician will perform a variety of maintenance, modification and repair activities to the plant, fabric and fittings of the premises in a safe and efficient manner, as well as assisting in the preparation for specific events and the day-to-day running of the building. Providing cover for the Building & Operations Manager in his absence will occasionally be required which includes some basic tasks attributed to the day-time Duty Manager role.
Applications can include workforce development programmes, training, and skills for staff.
Individual Skills funding is available to people who are currently working in the UK screen heritage sector or can demonstrate an intention to work in it (for example, through detailing previous actions taken to seek work in the sector). Applicants must be 18 years old or above, have a UK bank account and be eligible to work in the UK.
The two strands of the Music Growth Fund (£1,000 – £40,000 and £40,001 – £100,000) have a different number of decision rounds each year.
In each full year of delivery there will be ten decision rounds for the £1,000 – £40,000 strand and four decision rounds for the £40,001 – £100,000 strand. Upcoming deadlines are set out below.
This is a rolling programme; if your application is received after the deadline (11.59pm on the deadline day) it will be automatically be entered into the next round.

Northern Line has supported 90 bands and hundreds of musicians since its inception in 2013. Northern Line ensures gigs can happen, despite the ever changing landscape.
