Open to anyone aged 18+ interested in careers behind the scenes in the music industry – including marketing, digital, finance, operations and other business roles. No previous industry experience is required.

This is an online residency programme that develops skills, knowledge and capacity in building creative campaigns to mobilise communities in the fight against climate change. This is for people aged 18-30 and starts on 20th of July 2026 for two weeks.
